This Refund Policy explains the rules that apply to payments made for Hypein (the “Service”), operated by Hypebox Media SARL (“Hypebox,” “we,” “us,” “our”).


By purchasing a subscription or any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.



1) All Sales Are Final



All subscription fees and purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.


This means we do not provide refunds for:


  • Unused time on a subscription,

  • Partial months or partial billing periods,

  • Plan downgrades,

  • Unused features,

  • Accidental purchases made by you (for example, purchasing the wrong plan),

  • Cancellations made after the subscription starts.


One-Time Purchases. Some features, add-ons, or upgrades may be available as a one-time purchase (“One-Time Purchases”). All One-Time Purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed, including if you do not use the feature, use it partially, purchase it by mistake, or stop using the Service after purchase.

Delivery. A One-Time Purchase is considered delivered when the feature is enabled in your account or when access is granted.

Exceptions. We may issue a refund only if required by applicable law, or in the case of a verified billing error (such as a duplicate charge).




2) Cancellation



You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support at business@hypebox.agency


When you cancel:


  • your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and

  • you will not be charged again at the next renewal.



We do not provide refunds or credits for the remaining time in the billing cycle after cancellation.



3) Exceptions (Where We May Refund)



Despite the “no refunds” rule, we may issue a refund only in the following cases:



A) Billing Errors



If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error (for example, duplicate charge), we may refund the incorrect amount after verification.



B) Unauthorized Charges



If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact us immediately at business@hypebox.agency. We may require supporting documentation and may suspend the account while investigating.



C) Mandatory Consumer Law



If your local consumer protection laws require a refund in specific circumstances, we will comply with those laws.


Any refund issued under this section may be partial and may be limited to the minimum required by applicable law.



4) Trials, Promotions, and Discounts



If we offer a free trial, promotional offer, or discounted plan:


  • you are responsible for canceling before the trial ends to avoid charges,

  • trial fees (if any) and promotional purchases remain subject to this Refund Policy unless stated otherwise in writing.




5) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes



If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:


  • we may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service,

  • we may block future purchases associated with your account,

  • and we may require resolution of the dispute before restoring access.



We encourage you to contact us first to resolve billing concerns quickly.



6) How to Request Help (Not a Refund)



If you’re unhappy with the Service, contact us at business@hypebox.agency. We may offer:


  • troubleshooting assistance,

  • plan recommendations,

  • account adjustments,

  • or service credits only where we choose, and not as a guaranteed entitlement.
