Best Platforms to Find UGC Creators in 2026 (and Which One Fits Your Brand)

The best platform to find UGC creators depends on what you need: verified creators you can work with again, a fast one-off video at a fixed price, or the cheapest possible gig. Here are the three types of UGC platform, nine options compared in prose, and what 10 videos cost under each model.

The best platform to find UGC creators is the one that matches how you buy content. There are three types: creator search and campaign software, where you find verified creators and work with them directly (Hypein is our example); managed UGC marketplaces, where you pay a set price per video (Billo, Insense, Trend, JoinBrands, Collabstr); and freelance marketplaces plus free routes (Fiverr, Upwork, TikTok One, hashtag search). If you need verified creators you can hire again, in MENA or in Arabic, use creator software. If you need one quick video from a US creator, use a marketplace. If you have more time than budget, use the free routes.

This guide is the global and MENA version. If you only buy UGC in the UAE, our UAE UGC platform guide goes deeper on local options.

What is a UGC platform?

A UGC platform is software that helps a brand find creators who make user-generated-style videos and photos for the brand to post on its own accounts and ads. The creator is paid for the content, not for their audience. That makes UGC different from influencer marketing, where you pay for a post on the creator's own profile. Our UGC creators vs influencers guide explains the difference in detail.

All UGC platforms show you creators. They differ in four things that matter more than the creator count:

What are the three types of UGC platform?

1. Creator search and campaign software

You search a pool of creators, open their profiles, contact them, and run the work through briefs, contracts, payments and tracking. You pay a monthly subscription for the software and you pay each creator their own rate. You own the relationship: once a creator delivers good work, you hire them again without going back through a checkout. This model suits brands that buy UGC every month and want a small bench of creators who know the product.

2. Managed UGC marketplaces

You post a brief or pick a package, creators apply or are matched, and you pay a set price per video or per credit. The platform handles payment and often usage rights. This is the fastest way to get a single video made, and pricing is easy to understand. The trade-offs: creator supply is mostly US and UK, per-video costs add up at volume, and on some platforms rehiring the same creator still goes through the marketplace.

3. Freelance marketplaces and free routes

Fiverr and Upwork list UGC sellers next to every other freelance service. Prices can be low, but nobody checks whether the seller is a real creator with real footage, so vetting is on you. The free routes, searching hashtags on TikTok and Instagram or using TikTok's own creator tools, cost nothing in software and a lot in time. Our free influencer search tools guide covers where the free routes stop working.

Which trade-offs matter most?

Most brands care about two or three of these, not all five.

What do 10 UGC videos cost under each model?

The table below compares models, not specific vendors. Ranges are typical ranges we see in 2026 for a simple 15 to 30 second product video with one hook, before extras. GCC creator fees follow our UGC rates guide: about $100 to $600 per video.

ModelWhat you payTypical cost for 10 videosYou keep the creator?
Creator software + direct creator fees (GCC creators)Monthly subscription plus each creator's own rateAbout $1,100 to $6,300 for one month (about $100 to $250 software, $1,000 to $6,000 creator fees)Yes, you contract them directly
Per-video UGC marketplace (mostly US, Canada, UK creators)Fixed price per video or prepaid credits, sometimes plus a platform planAbout $1,000 to $2,500, more with premium creators or a monthly planDepends on the platform
Freelance marketplaceGig price plus a buyer service feeAbout $400 to $3,000, quality varies widelyUsually through the marketplace
Free routes (hashtags, DMs)Creator fees only, plus your timeAbout $1,000 to $6,000 in creator fees, many hours of searching and vettingYes

Extras apply to every model. In the ranges we see in the GCC, extra hook variants add $25 to $75 each, paid-ads usage adds 25 to 100%, Arabic plus English versions add 40 to 60%, and rush delivery adds 25 to 50%. If you work through an agency, add a 15 to 30% commission.

The best platforms to find UGC creators in 2026

We make Hypein, so weigh this list with that in mind. We rank it first for the brands it fits, and we say plainly where other platforms are the better choice. Competitor details below are taken from each company's own website in October 2026.

1. Hypein

Best for: brands and agencies that want verified creators they can build ongoing relationships with, especially in MENA and in Arabic, and that run UGC and influencer campaigns together.

What it does well: Hypein creators are not auto-indexed from public profiles. Creators apply, and a person reviews every profile before it is listed, checking that the account is real, active and theirs and that engagement looks organic. Spam and bought-following accounts are rejected, and around 100 new verified creators are added each month. You search by platform, niche, city and audience country, open profiles with audience and engagement data, and run AI analyses of a creator before you hire. On Growth and above you get verified creator contact details, so the relationship is yours. You can also recruit with an application link, where creators apply to your campaign, or send bulk branded outreach emails. Campaigns run through stages, contracts and payments, with a tracking link per creator (UTMs added automatically) and Instagram and TikTok posts using your campaign hashtag collected automatically. UGC creators and influencers sit in one pool, and agencies get multi-brand workspaces.

Where it falls short: the pool is smaller than global databases and marketplaces, by design. If you need 50 US creators by Friday, a US marketplace has more supply. Hypein is not a fixed-price video shop: you agree rates with each creator yourself.

Price: Starter $99/month, Growth $250/month (verified contact details, unlimited brands), Pro $499/month, Enterprise $1,200/month, with cheaper yearly billing. 7-day free trial, no card required.

2. Billo

Best for: e-commerce brands selling in the US, Canada or the UK that want fast one-off ad videos at a known price.

What it does well: clear per-video pricing with no subscription needed to order. Billo's own pricing post (October 2026) says videos start at $99 per video, with the final price set by length, format, creator type and extras. It also offers an optional CreativeOps subscription from $149/month.

Where it falls short for MENA: Billo's homepage lists its creators as being from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. It is not the place for Arabic voiceovers or Gulf faces.

Price: from $99 per video, as published by Billo in October 2026.

3. Insense

Best for: brands that want a UGC marketplace plus tools to run creator content into paid social, on a quarterly or annual commitment.

What it does well: a large marketplace you can filter by location, with UGC campaigns that, per its pricing page, start at $100 per video. An Agency plan covers multiple brands.

Where it falls short for MENA: the platform fee comes on top of creator costs, and the creator supply is not built around Arabic or the Gulf. Check how many creators the location filter returns for your country before committing to a quarter.

Price: as listed on its pricing page in October 2026, Brand $500/month billed quarterly, Agency $800/month billed quarterly, cheaper on annual billing, and a one-month Trial at $650.

4. Trend

Best for: brands that want photo and video content in prepaid packages with a fixed per-video cost.

What it does well: simple credit packages. Its pricing page in October 2026 lists Starter at $550 for up to 6 videos or 15 photos, up to Scale at $3,872 for up to 56 videos or 140 photos. The per-video cost drops as packages grow.

Where it falls short for MENA: the pricing page does not name creator countries, and credits expire 12 months after purchase. Confirm regional supply before you buy a package.

Price: from $550 per credit package.

5. JoinBrands

Best for: US brands, especially on Amazon and TikTok Shop, that want low entry prices and many content formats.

What it does well: a free pay-as-you-go option and low starting prices. Its pricing page lists UGC videos from $25 and UGC images from $10, with a platform fee of 15% on the free plan, dropping to 8% on the $499/month Max plan.

Where it falls short for MENA: its creator directory pages cover US states and cities. The low starting price reflects US supply and simple deliverables.

Price: free (15% fee), Start-up $99/month, Pro $299/month, Max $499/month, as listed in October 2026.

6. Collabstr

Best for: brands that want to browse creator packages with visible prices and book one quickly, including in the UAE.

What it does well: creators list their own packages and prices, and you hire and pay through the platform, which offers payment protection. Collabstr has UGC creator directory pages for the UAE and Dubai.

Where it falls short for MENA: anyone can list, so some listings in a UGC category are not UGC specialists. Vet the portfolio, not the profile title. Every order goes through Collabstr's checkout.

Price: free to browse; its pricing page lists a 10% hiring fee on the free plan, added to each order, with lower fees on paid plans.

7. Fiverr and Upwork

Best for: one simple video on a tight budget, when you have time to vet.

What they do well: huge seller supply, fast turnaround on small jobs, and you can search for Arabic-speaking sellers.

Where they fall short for MENA: sellers are not checked as creators. Some resell stock footage or AI avatars as UGC. Both add a buyer service fee at checkout, so compare the final total, not the gig price.

Price: set by each seller, plus the platform's service fee.

8. TikTok One

Best for: brands already advertising on TikTok that want TikTok-native creators.

What it does well: TikTok's Creator Marketplace now sits inside TikTok One. TikTok's own blog (May 2026) describes advanced filters, open casting calls and a Creator AI Search that turns a plain-language brief into a shortlist of up to 200 creators.

Where it falls short for MENA: it covers TikTok only, and you still run contracts, payments and tracking elsewhere. It does not help with Instagram or Snapchat creators.

Price: not published by TikTok; access depends on your ad account and market.

9. Hashtag and DM search

Best for: founders with time and a very small budget.

What it does well: searching #ugccreator plus a city on TikTok and Instagram finds real local creators for free.

Where it falls short: no audience data, no contact details, no vetting, and many replies never come. It works for your first two creators, not your tenth. Our guide to finding UGC creators in Saudi Arabia shows the manual route step by step.

Price: free, plus your hours.

Which platform should you choose?

Match the platform to the job, not to the biggest number on the homepage.

For a one-off English video from a US creator, a managed marketplace is usually faster than any search platform, Hypein included.

FROM THE PLATFORM
On Hypein, every UGC creator and influencer is reviewed by a person before they are listed, so you search creators someone already checked. Filter by platform, niche, city and audience country, open profiles with engagement data, recruit with an application link, then run contracts, payments and per-creator tracking links in one campaign.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform to find UGC creators?

It depends on the job. For verified creators you want to work with again, especially in MENA and in Arabic, a creator search and campaign platform such as Hypein fits best. For a fast one-off video from a US, Canadian or UK creator, a per-video marketplace such as Billo or Insense is quicker. For the lowest price on a single simple video, a freelance marketplace such as Fiverr works if you vet the seller yourself.

Where can I find UGC creators for free?

You can search TikTok and Instagram for hashtags such as #ugccreator plus a city or language, check creators who already post about your category, and use TikTok One if you advertise on TikTok. These routes cost nothing in software, but you pay in time: every profile has to be checked by hand, and you handle briefs, contracts and payments yourself.

Is a UGC marketplace cheaper than a subscription platform?

For one to three videos, usually yes, because you pay per video and nothing else. Once you order videos every month, a subscription plus direct creator fees often costs about the same or less, and you keep the relationship with the creators so the next brief is faster and the second video is usually better.

Do UGC marketplaces have creators in the UAE and Saudi Arabia?

Some do, but most of the large per-video marketplaces are built around US, Canadian and UK creators. Collabstr lists UGC creators in the UAE, and Insense lets you filter by location. For Arabic voiceovers in Khaleeji, Najdi or Egyptian dialects, a platform with a regional creator pool is the safer route.

How much do 10 UGC videos cost?

In the ranges we see in 2026, 10 UGC videos cost roughly 1,000 to 2,500 US dollars on a per-video marketplace with US supply, roughly 1,000 to 6,000 dollars in creator fees for GCC creators hired directly, plus any software subscription, and roughly 400 to 3,000 dollars on a freelance marketplace. Arabic and English versions, paid-ads usage and extra hooks add to every model.
