Hypein

The best HypeAuditor alternatives in 2026 are Hypein (for MENA brands and agencies that want influencers and UGC creators a person has already checked), Modash (for a large global index with published prices), Favikon (for LinkedIn and X creators), Heepsy (for a low-cost entry plan), Upfluence (for e-commerce stores), GRIN (for gifting and affiliate programmes) and Influencity (for a mid-market all-in-one). HypeAuditor itself is an influencer analytics and discovery platform known for audience-quality and fraud analysis on a database of over 227 million accounts. This guide covers what HypeAuditor does well, why teams still look for alternatives, what each alternative costs, and when you should stay where you are.

Hypein is our product, so read the list with that in mind. Every competitor fact below was checked on the vendor's own website in October 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a price, we say so and do not guess.

What is HypeAuditor, and what does it cost in 2026?

HypeAuditor is an influencer marketing platform built on an indexed database of public accounts. Its homepage in October 2026 lists 227.3 million+ accounts with around 15,000 new influencers added a day, and covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Twitch.

Its best-known metric is the Audience Quality Score (AQS), a 1 to 100 score that HypeAuditor's help centre says draws on engagement rate, the share of real people among followers, follower growth patterns and comment authenticity. The homepage also claims its AI fraud detection catches 95.5% of known fraud activity. That is HypeAuditor's own figure, not an independent test.

On price: HypeAuditor's pricing page does not show a price table. In October 2026 it offers a free start with media plans, campaign management and demo versions of other features, and paid plans go through a demo and a sales call. Third-party pricing trackers report entry plans from roughly $299 a month billed annually.

What does HypeAuditor do well?

If your main risk is paying for fake reach, and you vet creators that come to you from many sources, HypeAuditor is hard to beat on analysis.

Why do teams look for a HypeAuditor alternative?

No published price

A founder or a two-person marketing team often wants to see a price, start a trial and decide the same week. Quote-based pricing means a demo, a call and a negotiation. Teams with a small or uncertain budget tend to prefer tools that publish their plans.

Country rankings that do not match the local market

Global tools rank accounts by how much of their audience sits in a country, not by where the creator lives or posts. In MENA that gap is large. When we checked HypeAuditor's public ranking of top Instagram influencers in Saudi Arabia on 19 October 2026, the top ten was led by Indian film actors, followed by an Egyptian footballer, a Turkish actress, more Indian actors and models, and a Saudi football club. No individual Saudi creator made the top ten. Those accounts do have large Saudi audiences; the ranking just answers a different question from which Saudi creators to brief.

Analysis is not the same as supply

HypeAuditor tells you whether an account looks real. It does not change who is in the database. You still search through everyone, including dormant and bought-following accounts, and run the check yourself. Some teams would rather start from a pool where that filtering has already been done by a person. We explain the trade-off in our post on influencer databases vs verified creator networks.

UGC creators with small followings

Brands buying UGC videos for ads care about the video, not the creator's audience. Many good UGC creators have a few thousand followers, which makes audience scores less relevant and follower-based search less useful. If UGC is a large part of your spend, see our guide to UGC creator rates in Saudi Arabia in SAR for what that work typically costs.

Snapchat in Saudi Arabia

HypeAuditor's homepage does not list Snapchat, and neither do most global indexes. In Saudi Arabia, Snapchat reached an ad audience of about 24.7 million in 2025, so a Snapchat-led plan needs creators sourced another way. Our Snapchat influencer marketing guide for Saudi Arabia covers how brands do it.

The 7 best HypeAuditor alternatives in 2026

1. Hypein: best for MENA brands that want checked creators

Best for: brands and agencies running influencer and UGC campaigns in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC who want to start from creators who have already been vetted.

How it differs from HypeAuditor: HypeAuditor scores any account after you find it. Hypein checks creators before they can be found. Creators apply to join, and a person reviews every profile before it is listed. Dormant, spam and bought-following accounts are rejected. Around 100 reviewed creators are added each month. The pool is far smaller than a global index on purpose: the checking happens once, before you search, not on every shortlist.

What you get:

Where it falls short: Hypein does not produce audience forensics reports like AQS. If what you need is a fraud score on any public account, including creators outside our roster, HypeAuditor or Modash is the better tool. Hypein is also not built for US or European campaigns, YouTube-led programmes or X and Twitch.

Price: Starter $99 a month, Growth $250 a month, Pro $499 a month, Enterprise $1,200 a month, with a 7-day free trial. For a side-by-side look at the two approaches, read Hypein vs HypeAuditor.

2. Modash: best global index with published prices

Best for: teams that want a HypeAuditor-sized search with prices they can see before a call.

How it differs from HypeAuditor: Modash indexes creators above 1,000 followers and lists 380M+ profiles across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube on its pricing page in October 2026. Its audience insights cover location, demographics, interests and audience quality, and it tracks content from creators you work with. Fraud analysis is less of a headline feature than at HypeAuditor.

Where it falls short for MENA: the same audience-country problem as any global index, and no Snapchat, X or Twitch.

Price: Essentials $199 a month with 2 seats, 300 profile opens and 150 contact emails a month; Performance $499 a month with 5 seats and 800 opens; Enterprise from $14,700 a year. The page shows yearly totals of $2,388 and $5,988 alongside annual discount labels, so confirm the billing terms with Modash. 14-day free trial, no card. Our Modash alternatives guide goes into it in more detail.

3. Favikon: best for LinkedIn and X creators

Best for: B2B brands, SaaS companies and professional services firms that work with LinkedIn and X creators.

How it differs from HypeAuditor: Favikon covers nine networks, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and lists 10M+ scored creator profiles. It has its own authenticity score out of 100, which it says flags engagement pods, bought followers and AI-written posts, currently on LinkedIn and X. It also publishes free weekly rankings by niche, country and platform.

Where it falls short for MENA: its strength is professional and B2B creators. Consumer brands looking for Gulf beauty, food or lifestyle creators will find a thinner pool.

Price: a permanent free plan with 15 credits a month; Core €159 a month billed annually or €199 monthly; Pro €239 or €299; Enterprise from €499, as listed in October 2026.

4. Heepsy: best low-cost entry plan

Best for: small brands and freelancers who need basic search and some audience checks on a tight budget.

How it differs from HypeAuditor: Heepsy lists 20M+ creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. The Plus plan lists an audience authenticity filter and an audience quality score filter, so you get a lighter version of HypeAuditor's core idea at a lower price.

Where it falls short for MENA: a smaller global index means fewer regional micro creators, and audience location carries the same diaspora issue.

Price: Free (500 results and 10 advanced profiles a month); Starter $69 a month billed annually or $89 monthly; Plus $149 or $199; Advanced $229 or $299, as listed in October 2026.

5. Upfluence: best for e-commerce stores

Best for: online stores that treat creators as a sales channel.

How it differs from HypeAuditor: Upfluence is a programme platform more than an analytics tool. Its pricing page lists a 14M+ creator database and, on its higher plans, integrations with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento and BigCommerce for affiliate and sales tracking.

Where it falls short for MENA: the value depends on a store integration it supports and on a global creator supply. Brands selling mainly through regional marketplaces or offline get less from it.

Price: not published. Plans are custom-quoted by module, with a 12-month minimum contract and a free trial set up after a call, as listed in October 2026.

6. GRIN: best for gifting and affiliate programmes

Best for: direct-to-consumer brands running large gifting and affiliate programmes, mostly in the US.

How it differs from HypeAuditor: GRIN is built around running the programme: creator search, a CRM, gifting, Shopify integration, content tracking and creator payouts from a wallet. Analytics is part of the product, not its centre.

Where it falls short for MENA: gifting workflows and payouts are built around Western e-commerce, and a management fee on wallet deposits adds to the cost of every campaign.

Price: Free with a 20% management fee; Starter $200 a month with a 10% fee; Growth $500 a month with a 7% fee; Scale $1,500 a month with a 5% fee; Enterprise on an annual agreement, as listed on 19 October 2026.

7. Influencity: best mid-market all-in-one

Best for: in-house teams that want discovery, a creator CRM and reporting in one tool.

How it differs from HypeAuditor: Influencity covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch, lists more than 130 million TikTok influencers, and combines search with campaign management and reporting.

Price: not shown on its pricing page in October 2026. It offers a 7-day free trial on all plans and a call to choose a plan.

When should you stay on HypeAuditor?

Switching tools costs time. Stay if these are true:

Whichever tools you shortlist, run the same live brief through each one during its trial and count the hours your team spends cleaning each shortlist. That is often where the real cost difference sits. Our influencer marketing software buyer checklist lists questions to ask, and if your brief is Saudi UGC, our guide to Arabic UGC creators in Saudi Arabia covers dialect and sourcing.

FROM THE PLATFORM
Hypein does not score audiences after the fact. A person reviews every creator before they are listed, so the roster you search in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the GCC has already had dormant, spam and bought-following accounts removed. From there you can filter by platform, niche, city and audience country, recruit with an application link, run the campaign through contracts and payments, and get automatic UTM tracking links and hashtag post collection.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best HypeAuditor alternative?

It depends on the job. For MENA brands and agencies that want creators a person has already checked, Hypein. For a large global index with published prices, Modash. For LinkedIn and X creators, Favikon. For a cheap entry plan, Heepsy. For e-commerce and affiliate programmes, Upfluence or GRIN. For a mid-market all-in-one, Influencity. If deep audience-fraud analytics is the main need, HypeAuditor itself is still one of the strongest options.

How much does HypeAuditor cost in 2026?

HypeAuditor does not publish a price table. Its pricing page in October 2026 offers a free start with media plans, campaign management and demo versions of other features, and paid plans go through sales. Third-party pricing trackers report entry plans from around $299 a month billed annually, so ask HypeAuditor for a current quote before you budget.

Does Hypein have an audience quality score like HypeAuditor?

No. Hypein does not produce AQS-style audience forensics reports. Its answer to fake followers is different: creators apply, and a person reviews every profile before it is listed, rejecting dormant, spam and bought-following accounts. If you need a fraud score on any public account, HypeAuditor or Modash is the better tool.

Why do HypeAuditor country rankings look wrong for Saudi Arabia?

Global tools rank accounts by the size of their audience in a country, not by where the creator lives. When we checked HypeAuditor's public ranking of top Instagram influencers in Saudi Arabia on 19 October 2026, the top ten was led by Indian film actors, with an Egyptian footballer, a Turkish actress and a Saudi football club, and no individual Saudi creator.

Which HypeAuditor alternative has a free plan?

Heepsy has a free plan with 500 results and 10 advanced profiles a month, Favikon has a permanent free plan with 15 credits a month, and GRIN has a free tier with a 20% management fee on wallet deposits, all as listed in October 2026. Modash offers a 14-day free trial with no card, and Hypein offers a 7-day free trial.
